Message From Pastor Scott Farmer

God has been good to Community Presbyterian Church. We're serving more people than ever before. He has been so good to us that we're out of room on our main campus. We want to obey God's command to grow— to grow the kingdom of God; to grow as Christ's disciples; to grow the number of disciples at CPC; and to grow the unity and love in Christian community.

To do these things we need to grow CPC's facilities. As long as there are lost and hurting people who need to know the love of God in Christ, we want to reach out to them in love. This challenges us to grow in many ways both within and beyond the present congregation. Because we have such active week-day ministries, we do not have rooms available for adult equipping, meetings or children's programs.

I'm so excited to introduce our new Imagine campaign. It's one of the biggest steps our church has ever taken in decades to expand our ministries and enhance our ability to reach people. This fall you will receive more information about the Facility Improvement Plans and the campaign.

Pray for God to lead you in these critically important days in our church. When the campaign activities begin in the fall, please consider volunteering to help with the campaign. If not, attend the meetings and worship services so you are knowledgeable about our plans and purposes. Be ready to take one of the most exciting steps of faith in your life.

Together we will promote people meeting Christ. We can touch lives here, now and for generations to come.

Come with me as we Imagine...

Prayerfully,
Scott Farmer
